Pressureless Combiners: Mass to Single File
Pressureless combiners incorporate multiple belts and chain speeds, made from specified material as you require, to move products from a mass flow capacity down to a single file or lane without using pressure. We typically see this configuration when moving round or cylindrical product, especially when there may be a stability issue, but have also been quite successful in moving trays as well.
Let's get working on your next combiner conveyor project.
By alleviating back pressure, the pressureless combiner ails in the prevention of container damage, label or ink-jet scratching, ink-manipulation or peeling, as the containers move at a high pace from accumulative to single row transportation down the line.
This design can be incorporated in using high-speed plastic belt or mat-type chain conveyors or even in table top scenarios.
