Technical Support:
(We recommend these steps in order for the most rapid response.)
1. E-mail your Project Manager (PM) if you have any questions
2. Phone conversation with mechanical or electrical engineers will be determined by your PM
3. On-site service (warranty or paid) will be determined based on engineering recommendations
4. If you worked with one of our esteemed representatives or distributors, they are also qualified to assist with technical support issues.
Service:
- On-site installation service - mechanical & electrical (if warranty has expired this is a paid visit)
- Start-up assistance
Warranty:
· Five years on most parts and manufactured components
· Purchased components: Manufacturer’s warranty is passed onto the customer
· A copy of the Multi-Conveyor warranty is available upon request
