Upfront technical support is a key component that Multi-Conveyor provides with each application. It's what sets us apart. From design stage through the entire build process, to installation, our project management, engineering and electrical teams are at your side. Here's a short list of what you can expect when you work with Multi-Conveyor.

Technical Support:Technical Support

-     E-mail your Project Manager (PM) with all of your questions or concerns
-     Phone conversations with mechanical or electrical engineers
-     On-site service (warranty or paid) determined by our engineers
-     If you worked with one of our esteemed representatives or distributors,
they are generally qualified to assist with technical support issues.

OEM Communications:

We work with OEMs to provide the technical conveyor strategic advantage required to carry product from process to case packer, incorporating technology-driven operator-to-controls communications for increased throughput and future expansion.

Jason Russ, Director of Information Systems, Weyco Group, elaborates: “I wanted to point out that as we were visualizing how all of this (new e-commerce line) was going to work, we worked very closely with Multi-Conveyor to build the controls so all of these pieces (OEM equipment) can communicate. For example, if one (labeler) line was to go down, we know right away that we need to slow the wrapper down. So the controls that Multi-Conveyor built communicate upstream, tell the wrapper to slow down, tell the ARB table to stop sending pairs (boxes) to this line, so we can figure out what’s going on with the line to get it resolved. When they turn the line back on, the controls tell the wrapper to speed up and tell the ARB table to start going back and forth (diverting) again.  Multi-Conveyor’s electrical engineering team stepped up and took the only onsite upfront technical support reins on calibrating the sensors, timing, controls and communications between OEM equipment.”
