Multi-Conveyor recently built a stainless-steel constructed TableTop® chain conveyor section as a production line reconfiguration project for a popular household cleaning brands manufacturer.
This general transport system was designed to be spliced into an existing production line as a retrofit to accommodate a new floor plan layout requiring both a 45 degree left hand curve intermediate section and a 90 degree right hand curve to drive end.
The wash-down rated conveyor employs 4.5” side-flexing brown high- performance TableTop® material assembled with stainless steel pins.
This fundamental conveyor segment facilitates four changeovers from variable bottles sizes ranging from12 oz to 32 ounces, running between 120 to 160 bpm. (NOTE: bottles used in the video are for demonstration purposes only.)
Adjustable double-high guide rails with ratchet handles easily expand or contract to gently guide the varying bottle diameters and heights.
